Peak Gateway Properties has submitted Section 73 Applications to vary a part of the existing planning approvals for PEAK and two Reserved Matters Applications also related to existing approvals.

PEAK is a gateway resort and an international scale tourist and leisure destination located on the eastern boundary of the Peak District National Park.
It is a phased development with a zero-carbon travel hub at its core, connecting visitors to the National Park and wider region.
